$500/Month Marketing Reimbursement
No production requirements to start. Submit paid receipts monthly — digital ads, mailers, events, printed materials, anything Medicare marketing related — and we reimburse up to $500. Available to all agents from day one.
Carrier Marketing Funds
We pass through carrier-funded co-op marketing dollars to agents across our Medicare Advantage carrier roster. Majority of funding flows before AEP — with additional pools available during OEP and Lock-in. First-come, first-served allocation.
Case-by-Case Expense Reimbursements

We believe in upfront clarity. Here's exactly how client ownership works at Yumi Health.
Your Pre-Existing Clients — Yours to Keep
Policies you independently sold before joining Yumi — not sourced through our leads, CRM, marketing, or carrier appointments — are documented as your Pre-Existing Book at onboarding. Those clients belong to you. If you ever leave, you take them with you.
Renewal commissions on your pre-existing book:
Yumi may earn a separate carrier-paid FMO administrative override — paid by the carrier, not from your commission.
Documented at onboarding with a signed pre-existing book schedule. Clients not listed at onboarding are not covered.
One exception — when Yumi drives new business from your existing clients:
If a client from your pre-existing book is re-enrolled, switches plans, or is cross-sold a new product through a Yumi-sourced lead, Yumi marketing campaign, or Yumi-facilitated carrier appointment, that specific transaction creates an Agency client relationship for the new enrollment. Using Yumi's CRM for routine servicing, notes, or renewal reminders on your existing clients does not affect ownership.
New Clients Through Yumi — Agency Asset
Clients you enroll using Yumi's leads, CRM, carrier appointments, or any Agency infrastructure belong to Yumi Health Group. You earn your tier % of commissions and renewals for every year they stay enrolled — but when you leave, those client relationships stay with the agency.

In exchange, we fund the leads, marketing, technology, E&O, and compliance — at zero cost to you.
Why this structure? We invest heavily in lead generation, marketing, technology, and compliance so you don't have to. The trade-off is that clients enrolled through our system are Agency clients — similar to how real estate, financial advisory, and most FMO arrangements work. You earn strong recurring commissions while you're with us; we protect the agency's long-term client base.
Bonuses & Incentives
Earn more when you perform
On top of your base commission split, Yumi Health offers structured bonuses for production, retention, and client service quality. Thresholds are set for agents actively building a real book — not for occasional writers. All bonuses are disclosed per New Jersey law.
AEP Production Bonus
Oct 15 - Dec 7 · paid February
AEP enrollments must remain active 60+ days. Chargebacks reduce eligible count. Plan-neutral — CMS compliant.
Persistency Bonus
Measured Jan 1 · paid March
Active MA members only. Min. 30-member book required. Cap: 150 qualifying members per agent per year.
Ancillary Cross-Sell
Quarterly payout — 45 days post-quarter
Quarterly flat payout — no per-policy micro-tracking. Cancelled or lapsed ancillaries excluded.
Agent Referral Bonus
Quality-gated · paid post-verification
Max 3 paid referrals per calendar year. Referred agent must complete AHIP before policies count.
Elite Producer Bonus
Annual — for sustained top performance
Evaluated after AEP + full retention cycle. Both criteria must be met in the same plan year.
Bonus Protection Rules
Active policies only
Bonuses apply to active, paid policies. Cancelled, lapsed, or MEC-only policies are excluded from all thresholds.
60-day retention window
AEP enrollments must maintain active status for a minimum of 60 days before counting toward production bonus thresholds.
Chargeback reduction
Chargebacks and rapid disenrollments reduce the eligible enrollment count proportionally. High chargeback rates may suspend eligibility.
Rapid disenrollment standard
Agents must maintain a rapid disenrollment rate ≤10% per calendar year (per 42 C.F.R. § 422.2274). Eligibility suspended if exceeded.
Delayed payout schedule
AEP bonus: February. Persistency bonus: March. Cross-sell: 45 days after quarter close. Referral: 30 days post-verification.
Annual review
All bonus amounts and thresholds are subject to annual review. Changes communicated to agents with 60-day advance notice.

- Licensed (or actively pursuing licensure) in New Jersey for Health & Life lines
- Comfortable with face-to-face, phone, and virtual appointments
- Customer-first mindset — long-term client relationships, not one-time sales
- Bilingual a plus — Spanish earns +6 commission scoring points; Portuguese, Hindi, Korean, Arabic, Bengali also valued in NJ
- AHIP certified or willing to certify before AEP
- Prior Medicare or ACA experience preferred but not required
