Our Marks

The following names, slogans, and design elements (collectively, the "Yumi Marks") are common-law trademarks of Yumi Health Group LLC. Each Yumi Mark is identified by the ™ symbol to denote that Yumi Health Group LLC claims trademark rights under applicable state and federal common law based on use in commerce.

  • Yumi Health™ — Trade name used to identify our health-insurance brokerage services.
  • Yumi Health Group™ — Trade name used for the legal entity Yumi Health Group LLC.
  • Care Revolves Around You™ — Marketing slogan used across the Yumi Health website and customer communications.
  • Yumi (stylized logo)™ — Yumi Health logomark and wordmark in the company's signature violet (#57068C).
  • Yumi CRM™ — Customer-relationship management platform built and operated by Yumi Health Group for licensed insurance agents.
  • Yumi Insight™ — AI-powered intelligence suite inside Yumi CRM — market research, cost simulator, lead scoring, sentiment, and plan recommendations.
  • Yumi Agent™ — AI conversational assistant that powers the consumer-facing chat bot on the Yumi Health website and client portal.
  • Yumi AI™ — AI co-pilot embedded inside Yumi CRM for licensed agents — surfaces lead context, drafts replies, and answers product questions.

Use of ™ rather than ® reflects that these marks are not currently registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Common-law trademark rights arise from actual use in commerce and do not require registration. Yumi Health Group LLC reserves all rights, including the right to seek federal registration of any of these marks at a later date. Where USPTO applications are pending, registration is not yet granted.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

The Yumi Marks may be used in news reporting, comparative reviews, and factual references to Yumi Health Group LLC and its services, provided that such use is accurate, non-misleading, and does not suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with Yumi Health Group LLC where none exists.

You may not:

  • Use any Yumi Mark in connection with any product, service, or business that competes with Yumi Health Group LLC;
  • Incorporate any Yumi Mark into a company name, domain name, logo, social-media handle, or product name;
  • Modify, distort, animate, or recolor any Yumi logo or word mark;
  • Use any Yumi Mark in a way that suggests endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with you or your product or service;
  • Use any Yumi Mark in a way that disparages Yumi Health Group LLC or any of its officers, employees, agents, or contracted carriers.

Yumi Health Group LLC will enforce its rights in the Yumi Marks to the fullest extent of applicable law, including by sending cease-and-desist correspondence, filing UDRP/URS domain-name actions, and pursuing litigation where appropriate.

Carrier Names and Logos

Insurance carrier names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website — including but not limited to Horizon BCBS of NJ, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Cigna, WellCare, AmeriHealth NJ, Clover Health, Oscar Health, Ambetter, Mutual of Omaha, and Anthem — are the property of their respective owners.

We display carrier names and logos solely to identify the insurance products we are authorized to quote and sell on behalf of consumers. Such display does not imply any sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of Yumi Health by any carrier, or of any carrier by Yumi Health, unless an explicit written partnership agreement is in place.

Government Program Names

"Medicare," "Medicaid," "Get Covered NJ," and similar government program names are the property of the U.S. government or the State of New Jersey. We reference these names solely to describe the insurance lines in which we assist consumers. Yumi Health is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the federal Medicare program, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or the New Jersey Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services.

Icons used on this website are provided by Lucide under the ISC License. Map and geographic data may be sourced from Google Maps, which is a trademark of Google LLC.

Third-Party Marks

All other product names, company names, logos, and brands referenced on Yumi Health Group LLC websites and in Yumi Health Group LLC software — including Medicare®, the names of insurance carriers, and the names of third-party software providers — are property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. Use of these third-party marks does not imply endorsement by their respective owners of Yumi Health Group LLC or its services.
