Trademark Notice

The following names, slogans, logos, and product names (collectively, the “Yumi Marks”) are common-law trademarks of Yumi Health Group LLC. Each Yumi Mark is identified below by the ™ symbol to denote that Yumi Health Group LLC claims trademark rights to the mark under applicable state and federal common law based on use of the mark in commerce.

Use of ™ rather than the federal-registration symbol ® reflects that these marks are not currently registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Common-law trademark rights arise from actual use in commerce; they do not require registration. Yumi Health Group LLC reserves all rights, including the right to seek federal registration of any of these marks at a later date.

Permitted & prohibited use

The Yumi Marks may be used in news reporting, in comparative reviews, and in factual references to Yumi Health Group LLC and its services, provided that such use is accurate, non-misleading, and does not suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with Yumi Health Group LLC where none exists.

You may not:

• use any Yumi Mark in connection with any product, service, or business that competes with Yumi Health Group LLC;
• incorporate any Yumi Mark into a company name, domain name, logo, social-media handle, or product name;
• modify, distort, animate, or recolor any Yumi logo or word mark;
• use any Yumi Mark in a way that suggests endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with you or your product or service;
• use any Yumi Mark in a way that disparages Yumi Health Group LLC or any of its officers, employees, agents, or contracted carriers.

Yumi Health Group LLC will enforce its rights in the Yumi Marks to the fullest extent of applicable law, including by sending cease-and-desist correspondence, filing UDRP / URS domain-name actions, and pursuing litigation where appropriate.

To report unauthorized use of any Yumi Mark, please contact us at contact@yumihealthgroup.com with the subject line “Trademark Infringement Report” and include a description of the use, the URL or location where it appears, and the date you first observed it.
