HIPAA Notice
Yumi Health is a licensed insurance advisory service, nota healthcare provider or health plan. As such, we are generally not a "covered entity" under HIPAA. However, we apply industry-standard protections to all health-related information you share with us.
When your information is shared with insurance carriers during enrollment, those carriers are covered entities subject to HIPAA requirements.
