Our Services include:
- Connecting individuals with licensed insurance agents who can help them understand, compare, and enroll in health insurance plans
- Providing educational information about Medicare, ACA Marketplace, and supplemental insurance options
- Facilitating the enrollment process by coordinating between consumers and insurance carriers through licensed agents
- Providing an online portal for clients to access plan information and communicate with their assigned agent
User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account or provide personal information. When you do, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or misleading information, or that we reasonably believe has been compromised.
Insurance Disclaimer
Yumi Health helps you find and compare coverage, but we do not:
- Underwrite, guarantee, or issue insurance policies
- Make coverage decisions or determine your eligibility for any plan
- Set premiums, benefits, or terms of any insurance plan
- Guarantee that any particular plan will be available to you or will cover specific treatments or services
SMS / Text Message Consent (TCPA)
By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website (available in the chat widget and contact form at yumihealthgroup.com), you provide express written consent to be contacted by Yumi Health and our licensed insurance agents via telephone calls (including calls using an auto-dialer or prerecorded voice), text messages (SMS/MMS), and email.
Types of messages you may receive:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Insurance plan information and enrollment updates
- Follow-up messages related to your insurance inquiry
- Open enrollment alerts and deadline reminders
- Account notifications and status updates
- Responses to your questions or requests

- Message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt-out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Insurance claims, coverage disputes, or policy issues between you and a carrier

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yumi Health and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any information you provide that is false, misleading, or inaccurate
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
