Yumi Health is a licensed New Jersey health-insurance brokerage. We help individuals, families, and small businesses compare, quote, and enroll in health-insurance plans — including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Medicare Part D, ACA Marketplace plans, and supplemental coverage.

Our services constitute licensed brokerage guidance, not legal, tax, or medical advice. Information we provide is meant to help you understand your options; it is not a substitute for reading the actual plan documents (Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits, etc.) provided by your chosen carrier. We encourage you to review those documents carefully before enrolling.

Yumi Health is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the federal government, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or the federal Medicare program. We are an independent brokerage licensed in New Jersey.

3. No Cost to Consumers

Our brokerage services are provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through us. This compensation does not affect your premium or benefits. You are under no obligation to enroll in any plan we present.

4. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of New Jersey or an area we are licensed to serve. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or submitting applications. Providing false or misleading information may result in incorrect coverage, claim denials, or policy termination by the carrier. Yumi Health is not responsible for errors or outcomes resulting from information you supply that is inaccurate or incomplete.

6. Intellectual Property, Scraping & Cloning

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, page layouts, designs, and the "look and feel" of every page — is the property of Yumi Health Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose only.

You may not, without our express prior written permission: use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access or harvest data from any part of our services; copy, mirror, clone, or reproduce any portion of the site; frame or embed any Yumi Health page within another website; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform; or resell, white-label, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services or build a competing or imitation product from them.
